What types of videos can you produce for me?
Although highest demand is for our 'Transparent Spokesperson' videos, we do offer other formats.
Contact us about your project to discuss pricing. See our 'Examples' page for samples of each type.

Can I just send you my spokesperson video and let you take care of the rest?
Yes you can but remember, selecting the right person to shoot your video is an important decision. If you elect to shoot the video yourself or hire a local videographer, we can guide you through the process as well as provide you with a list of recommended equipment and training videos.
As long as you have "green screen" studio set up, and have the ability to create a near DVD quality video file with audio, and are able to format the video as an Uncompressed AVI file, you may submit your files to BIC Marketing and we will do the rest. Special note: Chromakeying is an art. The better your 'Key' is, the better the resulting production will be. With this in mind, unless you are experienced in setting up a chromakey shoot with proper lighting, it's best to have a professional shoot your video.

Can you come to my location, or I to yours, to shoot the video?
Yes however if we come to you, you must pay the round trip transportation cost and provide a suitable setting to film the video. On the other hand, you may fly directly into and out of the Massena International Airport where a member of our team will pick you up and bring you or your spokesperson to our studio for the shoot.

Is it possible to make 'Last Minute' changes to my video?
Yes it is. To allow this, we provide each of our clients a passworded area to view a 'Live Streaming Video Feed' from our studio as we are filming their video. The client must have a high speed connection such as Cable or DSL to view the feed. Clients may communicate via phone with producer and model while watching live feed. This will enable you to be 'Virtually' in the studio during the whole process. Clients will be notified of date and times prior to video shoot. Whether you need to make changes or not, you will be able to view the complete filming process (bloopers included :). We reserve the right to record the Live version of the clients 'Shoot' for future use in our advertising promotions. Again, this is another feature that our competition does not provide.

Can I specify where on my web page I want the model to appear?
Yes. When using 'Relative Positioning', the model can appear at any location relative to browser window. Top Left, Center, Bottom Right etc. (Try our Demo to see examples of Relative Positioning). This is what is offered by most of our competition.
Alternatly by adding a special anchor tag directly into your webpage content, the video will display at any exact location on your page relative to the location of this 'Tag' regardless of browser resolution. This enables the spokesperson to appear from behind a graphic, text block etc. This is known as 'Absolute or Dynamic Positioning' and requires special code to be entered into the body of the web page. If you view some of our competitions examples with anything over a 1024x768 resolution, such as with a new wide screen monitor, you'll see the spokesperson displays on either the far right or left of the browser window. This does not look professional and is why you should use Dynamic Positioning..

Can my video include functionality such as 'Click on Me' etc?
Sure it can, our Spokes Model presentations are fully customizable and offer a variety of effects such as:

Do I need to make any changes to my web site design?
No. Our product is a fully transparent overlay that is displayed on your site using a short Java code. You should however have FTP access to your system to upload the required files to your server. We will install all files for you at NO Charge if you prefer. If you require 'Dynamic Positioning', we do recommend you provide us with FTP access to your site as this also requires placing a special 'Anchor Tag' into your page for absolute video positioning.

I've seen models appear to walk onto the screen from the side or from behind a graphic or something on a page.
Is there an additional charge for this effect?
There is NO additional charge to customize your video prenentaion with Walk-In Effects. There are however, additional charges for using certian overlay effects (PIP) and special effects such as the 'Star-Trek' Sparkel effect and similar.

-
Can I specify the attire that the model should wear or how to express themselves in the presentation?
When you submit your order you will have 8 options for attire plus an 'Open Option'. These selections are basic and every customer is contacted by us to go over garment requirements, expressions and the script prior to filming the video presentation.

-
What are the prices for single video presentations?
The rates quoted below are base price for single spokesperson videos using one of our models.
+
-
Can my video be longer than 90 seconds?
We recommend that you keep your video between 15 and 60 seconds for optimal impact. Studies show that video content in excess of 45 to 60 seconds tends to motivate the viewer to click the "close" button. Since your spokesperson is meant to be "First Impression Technology" , we would like to see you use that initial 15 to 60 seconds to "wow" your visitors and direct them to take your desired call to action. Exceptions to this would be when instructing visitors on an ordering process, a product infomercial etc.
